Report: Global Warming Law To Boost Calif. Economy

California's landmark global warming law will help boost the state's sagging economy by expanding the green technology sector and reducing fuel costs, according to a report released Wednesday by the state Air Resources Board. The panel's latest economic analysis revised its earlier estimate that the law, known as AB32, would add 120,000 jobs to the economy by 2020 — a figure critics said was overly optimistic.
